How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.
How much is shipping?
Our standard shipping rates are:
Orders under $34.90 USD: $2.99 Standard Shipping
Orders of $34.90 USD or more: Free Standard Shipping
Express Shipping: $4.99 where available
How long does standard delivery take?
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, destination, customs procedures, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, it will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my shipping address?

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?

We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipping has begun.
What is your return period?
Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Who pays return shipping?
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you will not be required to bear the applicable return shipping cost.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
