By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Purchase together with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Placing an Order
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including billing, shipping, and contact information.
You are responsible for reviewing your order before submitting it.
2. Order Confirmation and Acceptance
An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.
It does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.
We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Product unavailability
- Shipping restrictions
- Violation of these terms
- Other circumstances preventing lawful fulfillment
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping rates are:
- Orders under $34.90 USD: $2.99 USD
- Orders of $34.90 USD or more: Free Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping: $4.99 USD, where available

6. Processing and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 3 business days.
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control.
7. Shipping Information
You are responsible for entering accurate delivery information.
Contact service@pralune.com promptly if you discover an error.
Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has begun.
8. Returns
Eligible returns may be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, the customer will not be required to bear the applicable return shipping cost.

9. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
After the refund is issued, it generally takes approximately 7–12 business days for the amount to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
10. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, or other conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
